For return approval, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving the item. All items must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Once the returned item has been received, please allow 5 business days for inspection of the item for proper credit. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Diapers, personalized and custom orders are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to deny refund to sender prior to return approval.
