Welcome to A Tad of Pizzazz, your neighborhood gift boutique filled with unexpected treasures and a little something special for everyone!
Our story began at pop-up markets with two creative collections, Confaketions and Hair Flair.
Confaketions are baby gifts designed to look like delicious treats. Using baby washcloths, socks, and scratch mitts, we create adorable cupcakes, candy, sushi and more. Of course, all of our Confaketions are sugar-free (zero sugar, 100% sweetness) and glue-ten free (no glue or adhesives are used to secure the baby items). They are easy to disassemble and ready to use.
Hair Flair brings a little pizzazz to headwear, with headpieces ranging from elegant floral fascinators to fun, holiday themed headbands.
From the pop-up markets, we had the opportunity to feature our creations in artisan shops throughout Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. These experiences allowed us to meet wonderful customers, connect with fellow makers, and discover just how much we enjoyed creating and curating things that brought people a little joy.
As the business grew, so did the vision. In May 2025, A Tad of Pizzazz opened its doors as a brick-and-mortar gift boutique, a place where you can browse, discover, and find something that makes you smile. Today, we continue to offer our original Confaketions and Hair Flair, alongside carefully selected handbags, jewelry, bath & body goodies, home decor, and plenty of unexpected treasures.
In May 2026, we celebrated our first year in business, and we couldn’t have reached that milestone without the people who have supported us along the way.
